1. What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the product design and customization requirements. For most custom projects, we normally start from 100 pcs per design/color. Contact us with the product you are interested in and we can confirm the appropriate MOQ.

2. What sizes and capacities are available?

We offer metal urns in a range of sizes, from mini keepsake urns to larger memorial formats. Dimensions and internal capacity vary by design and can also be reviewed during custom development.

3. Can I customize an existing urn design?

Yes. Existing designs can be customized with different colors, finishes, memorial graphics, engraving, decorative details and packaging. Size or structural changes can also be evaluated depending on the design

4.Can you develop a completely new urn?

Yes. You can send us a sketch, drawing, reference image, physical sample or product concept. We will review the design, dimensions, capacity, structure, finish and production requirements before sampling.

5. Can we customize colors, graphics and engraving?

Yes. Colors, surface finishes, paw prints, trees, wings, memorial messages, logos and other custom artwork can be developed according to your collection requirements.

6. Can you make different sizes of the same design?

8. How does sampling work?

After the design and specifications are reviewed, we develop a physical sample for your evaluation. Bulk production begins after the sample and key specifications are approved.

9. What information should I provide for a quotation?

Send us the product or reference image, target size or capacity, color and finish, customization requirements, estimated quantity and packaging requirements. If some details are not yet confirmed, send us what you have and we can review the project from there
